What are the lease options? We offer flexible month-to-month leases at great prices.
When is rent due? Rent is due on the 1st of the month. You must pay your bill before the 5th of the month or your gate code will be disabled. After the 14th day of the month, a $10 late fee will be added.
How do I make payments? We accept payments as cash, check, money order, or credit/debit cards. Pay at our office Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 10am to 5pm or on Saturdays from 10am to 3pm.
If you need to pay after hours, put your cash, check, or money order in our payment-mail-slot, located in our lobby. You also have the option to pay using our 24-hour payment kiosk or pay online using your unit number and gate code. To ensure that you never miss a payment, set-up autopay.
What are the security features? Our facility is under 24-hour video surveillance, allowing us to monitor the facility remotely. We also have a computer-operated gate system and surrounded by 6-foot barbed-wire fences. Our on-site security guard is also keeping an eye on your belongings throughout the day.
Do you offer climate controlled units? Yes. We offer climate controlled units that are ideal to store weather-sensitive items year-round.
Do you offer vehicle parking? Yes. We have outdoor parking spaces for RVs, cars, boats, campers, and other types of vehicles.
